Gulaman Fruit Salad Dessert

Tonight my husband asked me to make one of our favorites homemade dessert, Gulaman fruit salad. As for the ingredients I forgot to include white sugar in the photo below.

Take note that I am not paid for this write-up, so you can use the brand of your choice that suits you best. I actually prefer Carnation Condensed Milk over Alaska, it's just that my husband was the one who bought all of these today because of a promo..yes you heard it right,we love freebies!

When you buy 2 (300ml) cans of Alaska Condensed Milk you will get  3 measuring cups for free! *awesome*
Plus the colors are just so lovely and girly, perfect for my upcoming bread and pastry production training. 😊

Oh, I almost forgot the procedure of my recipe, here it is:

1. In a big casserole, put 6 cups of drinking water.
2. Gradually sprinkle 1 pack of gulaman powder (24grams). You have to continually mix it so it will totally dissolve and to avoid curdles of gulaman.
3. You can turn on your stove to medium heat and continually mix for about 5-8 minutes.
4. Meanwhile you can mix the all purpose cream and condensed milk in a separate container.
5. Mix in the fruit cocktail syrup and 1/2 cup of white sugar (you can lessen the sugar or you can add more, depends on your taste).
6. You can turn off the heat now and add  #4 and mix well and pour in the container. You can drop the fruit cocktail. Let it cool before you put in the refrigerator. 😊
Here's my final product!
